I went to radio shack and I was not able to assemble one. I was not able to answer their question on how many watts. I can see the fuse read 1.5 Amps. now the watts. Can you explain some details on this. Thank you

Someone else posted what they thought was the model number for the fuse. Loos like 125Volts. Here are the detailshttp://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDeta... I'll be looking to try this today or tomorrow. I'll post with my results

    I go the inline fuse and a 1.5amp 250 volt fuse. I don't think a 1.5amp 150 volt glass fuse exists.

Fixed my 47" GV47L for $7.18... Did the F3 Fuse bypass solution, and it worked like a champ!!! No problems since! The part that took the longest was the drive to Radio Shack!!!Vizio GV47L, How to replace fuses on motherboard? - r_to_the_k.jpg

My 2007 Vizio GV47L FHDTV10A 3647-0012-0150 keeps blowing the main board micro fuse #1 Vizio logo lights up and menu lights up too, but have to unplug TV to turn off?

Does it blow the fuse with the LVDS cable removed? It it doesn't replace the tcon board if it has one, if it doesn't it sounds like a panel issue

Vizio GV47L flatscreen TV has no picture although it will power on

Fault with main board. Damaged component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ . In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Number one fuse on my main board is deadl vizio gv47l hd tv 10 amp

If fuse is dead, there must be some reason for that. Some short circuit or so. Without rectifying the fault, if you replace it with an other fuse, the fuse you insert will also blow out, and might make more faults to occur. The rating of fuse will be marked on the printed circuit board itself, very near to the fuse.

BLOWN FUSES FOR GV47L, NO PICTURE

the power supply board will need replacement if it has blown fuses. Replacing the fuses will only cause them too blow again unless the short in the power supply is fixed. You can get replacement power boards from www.tvrepairworld.com

My vizio gv47l went black. where do i start

Search on blown fuses for gv47l. There are three fuses that you can check (open the back of the TV) and if one is mad you can jumper it with another fuse. I did this nad it fixed my gv47l
