If you have a 3" hole I would definately say that is a special order faucet, But if 3" is a typo you can get what are called "cockhole covers" to cover the hole you're not using. What i usually do is, find a faucet that will use the 3 holes and install a soap dispenser, filtered water spigot, or a instant hot water spigot to fill the fourth hole.
If 3" is not a typo you might try to contact a granite countertop co. or call Jacuzzi and install a larger plate that will cover large holes and have new (smaller) holes drilled for a standard faucet

hope this helps

I ruined the enamal finish on my cast iron dutch oven. I put it in the dishwasher. Can I still use the pot and can I fix the enamal?

I wouldn't use it. Often these things are made with a Teflon lining and you wouldn't want that or any other non edible material in your food. Plus, adding heat and cooking for long hours could damage the finish even more.

Dripping bath faucet circa 1985. Can't ID model but appears to have 2 screws holding front of casting to main body for disassembly . Faceplate is square in shape and black in color HELP!

  • 1 Close the hot and cold water valves in the cabinet beneath the sink to shut the water supply off to the bath faucet.
  • 2 Remove the bath faucet's handle to access the valve cartridge. The faucet handle is removed by first detaching the handle's insert cap using the tip of a screwdriver or utility knife to expose the handle screw. Remove the handle screw with a Phillips screwdriver, then pull the handle off the valve cartridge stem.
  • 3 Loosen and remove the cartridge valve nut with an adjustable wrench. Some faucet models retain the valve cartridge with a snap ring and are removed with snap ring pliers.
  • 4 Pull the old valve cartridge out of the bath faucet base, using pliers.
  • 5 Insert the new replacement valve cartridge into the faucet housing and replace the nut or snap ring removed in Step 3, using an adjustable wrench or snap ring pliers.
  • 6 Reinstall the faucet's handle onto the valve cartridge post, then secure the handle's screw, using a screwdriver.
  • 7 Replace the insert cap into the handle to cover the handle's screw hole.
  • 8 Turn on the hot and cold water valves beneath the sink to restore the water supply.

What do I need to clean my sink with to keep the shine?

You can use Kohler cast iron kitchen sink cleaner, available on line, Jacuzzi recommends warm water, mild non-abrasive liquid soap for everyday cleaning and Barkeepers Friend or Zud for tougher stains. No Abrasives whatsoever. like Comet etc.

My Jacuzzi kitchen sink was installed in 2004, I noticed pitting & stains within one year & reported it to the installer. He took photos & never got back to me. The sink is easily stained,...

New sink, its 2011 and its done its service to its country.Nice Kohler cast iron drop in is the way to go.Most peoples issues with sinks are abrasive cleaners ,even softscrub,it takes the finish off of all types of plumbing fixtures, cast iron- fiberglass- stainless etc.I tell people not to use anything you wouldn't use on your car finish Elkay makes some nice stainless sinks.Top of the line, let jacuzzi stick to whirlpools

Will under mounted sink take the weight of garburator?

The sink should be physically mounted with clips if it is not cast iron, otherwise a cradle made of wood is usually the route I go.

    Black Sink - white haze

A lot of the soaps and things that we put into our sinks can cause tiny scratches into the glaze. That's what is causing the "haze" you are describing. It's not something that can be lifted off but might be buffed out. I would recommend contacting Kohler and asking if the sink can be buffed successfully. They may be able to give you some contact numbers of people that can repair the sink if it can be. I wish I could offer some more advice but you might be heading towards a replacement instead. Good luck to you!

    Jacuzzi undermount sink

Your sink is clearly made to be undermounted. No trim ring available. With all of the choices now available for sinks and faucets I would recommend that the jacuzzi sink be removed and that you select a new sink and faucet set to your liking. good luck.
