Hi well Ok, in this case the BEST thing to do is to return it to "As from The factory" this will then reset it all and make it like a new phone, and is best done this way. So what you need to do is to perform a a factory reset. You will need to get the codes and program them in, this is quite detailed and this info is only available in the relevant manual, links below...
above is a command glossary too. However IF you mean Voicemail password, then that can only be removed by contacting the service provider and getting them to do it, as it has nothing to do with a phone, as such.
hit the transfer button ,dial the extension of the other user and hit transfer again . or hit transfer and dial the voicemail extension and dial the voicemail extension of the other party and hit transfer
