It seems that console's 12V circuit is malfunction.
you have to repair the lower control board

You have a bad motor control board. Call CircuitBoardRepair.net - They can help troubleshoot and repair your controller as needed.

Typically when this occurs, it is an indication of a short circuit in the motor controller board. To test to make sure the problem is in the board


1) Unplug the treadmill from the wall.

2) Remove the motor hood.

3) Unplug the speed wires from the board. On many boards, you will have 2 to 3 wires that control speed and many are labeled H, W, and L. If you cannot find the speed wires, do not guess, contact us with your make and model number and we will try to help you with the wiring.

4) Return the treadmill to a usable position once the speed wires are disconnected and plug the treadmill back in.

5) If the treadmill begins to run at full speed, the motor control has failed and requires replacement.

6) If the treadmill does not run at full speed you could have a speed input problem, wiring problem, or another short circuit.

If you see the red led (D1) on when you press the start button on your treadmill you have a short-circuit on your 20N60 transistor. replace this transistor and your DCMD67 circuit board will be new! but be careful, if this happen on your circuit board, In about 90% you must have problem with your treadmill motor or your treadmill belt.

1( tight the ribbon cable and clean it,
2) tight the plug from display board , and clean it.
3) tight the display board vs lower board and clean it unplugged the power
4) test the fuse and replace if necessary or c.breaker reset.
5( Finally adjust the REED SWITCH , clean it and tight the plug very well see the diagram attached.
6) see the block attached. finally the display board can be faulty.

Here is a parts list for the Tunturi T85 with many available parts. I don't see a circuit board but you may be able to contact the company to see if it has a different name or if they can get it added.

Double check that all connections are secure, especially the console cable. Unplug and reconnect the console cable to verify.
Unplug treadmill from wall outlet. Wait 60 seconds, allowing lower board to discharge built-up energy.
Remove motor cover.
Verify that there are no lights lit on the lower circuit board.
Verify that all wires are securely and correctly placed on the lower circuit board, especially the large wire harness on the top of the circuit board with 12 different colored wires coming out of it.

It have some problem with motor controlling circuit board. The repairing in the circuit board of treadmill should done by an experienced person in it, because there are harmful high voltage areas in the circuit board. Consult some one who is experienced in it.

the regular complaint comes in treadmill motor controlling card is igbt fault. igbt will be fitted on the heatsink replace the same. also check the related driver transistors in its gate rail. instead of motor u can connect a bulb for testing board. u need the controlling circuit also to test the motor controlling card. because motor on ,off, speed controls commads are cumming from control circuit.
