1.1 2004 hyundai getz , no noise when car is stationary but when driving the loud humming begins. Depressing the clutch whilst driving or turning left or right doesnt solve the problem

You must replace wheel bearings in pairs to avoid loading the old bearing and, in time ruining your new bearing hub it is possible that you have already damaged the new hub

You have a hub/wheel bearing going out. You need to jack up the vehicle on each side. Grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in/out at the top and bottom. If this does not work then roll the wheel as fast as you can and see if you can hear which one it is. Good Luck.

had same problem,believe it or not it was only a loose clamp on my cat- converter. jack her up and see hopefully same prob

Could be either a loose belt or you are low on power steering fluid,or the power steering pump could just be worn out.
