When I put the lense on it wont focus or take a photo

Maybe you drop your battery and they have electronic components inside that could be spoiled, if is that the case, try to change the battery, it appeares to me that the ammount of current the battery is sending to the component is very low even thoe it seems to be fully charged that's why the camera is unable to display anything and the "busy" warning is blinking all the time, I hope you find this usefull.

Have you actually cleaned the contacts or are you just looking at them and they "look" clean? Clean them with a cotton swab lightly dampened in rubbing alcohol.

I am going to take a guess here and say you are getting an error message. Sometimes the contacts on the lens to camera do not make good contact. If this is your issue, use some denatured alchol and a cotton swab for CAMERAS, not for cleaning your ears and clean the gold contacts. Never touch or attempt to clean the mirror inside the camera. This should be done at a camera store. let me know.
