get a quote from the engineer or there maybe there's a problem with the water pump there could be something in the pump housing preventing the impeller from running like a button or other bits in there because all the water has to be expelled for the timer to move on eric
it sounds like the program/timer is on its way out ( it should click down the minuets then stop ) try another setting that you know will only take 30 mins or so and see if it takes longer. if it dose then program/timer is the problem ( the board behind the settings dile )
turn the key on and wait till the security light stopsflashing ( this could take as long as 30 minuets ) then turn the key off then back on but do not try to start the engine and wait till the security light stops flashing ( again this could take as long as 30 minuets ) then turn key off then turn key on and start engine.
Honda engines have an oil sensor that sometimes fails. It will cause this. If the sensor fails it is like not having enough oil and will kill the engine for protection. Just something to look into. Hope this helps
* The motor spins backwards during extraction, so there could be a problem with the motor, timer or a short in the motor wiring harness. Unplug and replug the harness.
check the door switch first if it is ok ..(doors not popping open) then the PTS (push to Start) switch is most likely bad as it wont hold in after it was pressed
