Mic wiring diagram 4-pin

should be a cobra 4 pin style

If a inline fuse in a holder the old one will aside from length have the amperage printed on it---very few mobile radios use larger than a 3 amp fuse-----look on metal ends of old fuse if have it for markings like 3ag 3 250---3AG is size, 3 is 3 amp, 250 is max working voltage (120 is fine).

Look at Defcom Radio mods or other sites. Snake doctors radio mods. Look up Microphone wiring for Maxon MCB-30. Just type it in to WWW.Google.com

there may be an issue with the mic. The mic is required for receive. there may be some broken wires in the cord for the receive and mic.

Try a different mic.

Try the stock mic from cobra, the regular 4 pin mic, its a great mic..... enjoy.... hope this helps....

red and orange is your hot wire.

red is positive, orange is continuous power, black is ground.. then just the antenna and mount it

I recall the combo unit as I used to sell them. I am about sure they are no longer avaidable. You never know, you might see something on ebay/auction sights that might be to your liking. Good Luck.
