My Blackberry Curve 8330 disconnects outgoing calls even though there is strong signal strength. Oddly, it only disconnects certain numbers called out. I've tried to remove the battery, but I'm still having this problem. I just bought this phone 3 months ago Anyone know why this is happening?
Well the phone is a really good phone, I would look at your provider.
on a regular day how long does your battery last? is it lasting less and less.
One of the nice things about the blackberry is you have the ability to reinstall the software if you need to.
so try what you can and if all else fails, do a reinstall of the software.
or download the desktop manager from blackberry.com and update your software.

Battery levels haven't changed; call patterns haven't changed. Do I need to click the "wipe the handheld" option? How do I reinstall the software? I'm not technologically savvy. Thank you.
