Download the driver for Vista from Creative website.
Extract the files from within the exe file (winrar)
Should be 3 files.
One is Setup.exe
Download Universal Extractor (search google)
Use Universal Extractor to extract the files from within Setup.exe.
Manually update the device driver, point to the folder with the extracted files from Setup.exe.
It worked for me, my creative live cam vista im vf0260 now works on windows 7 64bit.

and select webcam series.

A list will appear to the right. Under the heading "Archived Products" select the web cam you have then click on the next button.

You will then be able to download the drivers and any other software available for you model.
