PANASONIC MICROWAVE NN-S960BC/WC seems to be dead. Nothing shows in display, and nothing functions otherwise. Power is OK. Plugging into a different circuit gives same result. Two options to try:
a) Press the Clock / Timer button 3 times
b) Unplug, wait a few seconds, then re-plug to power up with the factory settings. You will need to reset your clock and any favourite settings.
This should work with all Panasonic Microwave models.

Hi, if it went dead while it was in use, then it sounds like the HV section (magnetron, HV diode, inverter section - if used, etc) has failed, possibly only economic to fix if it is a convection microwave.
From my research, this sounds like a fairly new model. Consult your user's manual to see if this is a user, or common issue. If nothing is descibed then I would seek possible warranty service, or dealer replacement
