can you click on the file to try and open it. If you can then you may need to reload the program that is associated with it. If it won't run an antivirus scan of your system but don't rely on Norton or McAfee. I use AVAST because it will find things that the other 2 won't find. After that if it still doesn't work try running an Antimalware program. As a last resort if all that doesn't work try copying the files off and reload your system but remember 1 thing get a good Anti Virus program on that system before you put your file back onto your system to hopefully catch a virus if 1 or more file are infected I would run an Anti virus scan on the system just before you put those files back on.

Your files must have been attacked by viruses that your anti virus have removed a file that your computer needs to be able to recognize your files. Or your file format of your directory has been change. You need to create a new directory , sorry for the files it's gone forever, hope you have backup files. Have a nice day friend.

The answer depends on what program you are using. However, usually hitting the Alt button while in the program will bring a file menu back into play.

If it says that the files are probably gone, sorry. Try using it on a different system, if it says the same thing they are definitely gone. Good luck I hope it works on a different system.

Ok, plug it in your computer, open "My Computer," open up your Sansa, open up the file named "Music," select all the files, right click them and click delete. Now go to the Recycling Bin and delete all the music files that were on your Sansa. Sometimes the Sansa doesn't realize that files are gone until you delete them from the Recycling Bin, crazy I know, but it's true.

the files on your micro sd probably corrupted which means all the data in it messes up. the best thing to do is to format the sd card then but the files back in. unfortunetly the save game data is all gone but the menue files can be downloaded from the official website

those files are hidden files.....in your pc just Go to my computer ->tools ->folder option ->view->show hidden folders ....displays hidden files .....still cant find any files ...check memory status of the external card.....format it ......download songs to it....
