I have a Motorola i670 phone through Nextel. The direct connect works fine - can hear caller. Problem is when I get an incoming cellular call I can't hear the caller speaking.

Turn up the volume control. Don't have the manual in front of me but go into phone settings and look for the volume settings( not the ringer). Check in your manual, you'll find it.

AND FORGOT TO PUT IT IN UR EARS
ok if ur not that dum then try this first
if u have a recording software in it
try to record ur voice and hear the play back
if this step goes right then its some IC (handset circuit or programme) problem
