what hose? as far as the drain goes, it needs to have the hair cleaned out of it. Do you mean hand held shower hose? needs tightening or replacement

Leaking Neo-Round shower stall???

Check really close to make sure there is not a small crack in the base. Many times they can barely be seen and when you stand in the shower they open up larger allowing water to leak out. You may have to have someone else stand inside while you look for the crack.

I have a Sterling 1500D Shower door and I need to replace hollow gasket at the bottom of the door. Where do I purchase this from???

It sounds like you need the sweep or seal that keeps water in the enclosure. You can buy these items, which are inexpensive and usually easy to install yourself at www.technologylk.com Technology LK carries a comprehensive range of shower door gaskets, seals and other hardware. If you have any questions about exactly what you need and how to install it, you can contact the company at [email protected] or call them at 888-663-9830.

Air leeking under on and off switch cover

Use a little soapy water to determine the exact leak. The soapy in the water will bubble where the leak is. My guess is you will find the leak at a threaded connection. Once found unplug and purge the tank of air. Then unscrew the threaded connection. Inspect the thread for damage. If no damage use fitting tape on the threads and reinstall snugly. Re-plug and let fill. If you hear the leak still try tightening the part just a little more (but don't strip the threads). If the part is damaged during inspection replace it and install new one as suggested above.

I have a WaterPik shower head that keeps coming

If your unit has a threaded connection for the handle and hose the threads are most likely stripped. You can get thread grip material at most hardware stores and repair it yourself. Otherwise replacement is necessary.

I have frameless shower doors, the bottom sill is tile, with grout lines. Water leaks under the shower door through the grout lines, how to correct this.

if the glass actually contacts the tile you can go to the homedepot or similar place and buy some glass silicone sealer and just run a nice bead of caulk along the line, make sure you get clear silicone and let it thooroughly dry before you get it wet
