I need to replace all straps on my columbia plus 2 double jogger stroller

Yes you can - Go online to babyjogger.com, get their phone # and call them and tell them what you need. Many times they send it for free

There shoud be a phone number of pacific cycle you can call them,if you have to replace the whole canopy it is only around $40,just ask them.

Instep does have replacement parts for some of their strollers. For $25 I was able to purchase a new seating pad.

Infant safety seats can only guarantee protection for your baby if it is in new, original condition. Seats are vigorously tested according to National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) standards and is the only way to be certain of their effectiveness during a crash. Unfortunately, to ensure your child's safety you will need to get a new seat.

Contact bugaboo directly. The safety strap is an imporant feature of the stroller, and it should be replaced. Because it is directly connected to the chassis it is almost impossible to replace the strap apart from replacing the entire chassis.

Go to bugaboo.com and go the the contact section. Relay your situation with the strap, giving them your serial number and such and see how they respond. They may need to replace the entire chassis, but it is covered under the warranty.
