SOURCE: I have a LG dishwasher Model LD-14AT3 It suddenly

Hi

First make sure that nothing is blocking the drain pump assembly located inside the lower front panel of the dishwasher. If the issue returns after its cleaned then it means that the control board has gone bad and should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

SOURCE: my lg intellowasher won't start

Here's a fix that worked for me today! I couldn't make it turn on for over 24 hours. As a last-ditch effort I put my hairdryer on hot and aimed it at the on/off button. I waited 20 seconds and it turned on! (took about 20 presses of the button). In my mind the heat from the hairdryer is expanding the circuit board so that the things that aren't connecting can connect. Hope this helps!

TV will not turn On

Call a good TV Tech and have him check for vented capacitors in the DM module or blown pico fuses on the -24 and the +24 volt lines. If fuses are blown,it indicates the convergence amp IC's are bad.The fuses solder into the board.

PS3 can turn on, but T.V screen is black

turn power switch on in the back. red light on in the front, hold the power button until system turns back off. this resets all hardware settings. if this doesn't work and the system is ok (green light) then you have a connection problem to the tv

Polaroid FLM-3732 TV

My FLM-3732 did the same thing yesterday. But I had a had time getting it to come on and it finally did.But when viewing with the analog tuner I could see some hum in the picture. The digital ones looked normal.

Today when I turned it on the LED went blue but then dimmed and slightly flashed/flickered.

On the power supply board there were 2 very small 1000 microFarad 10V capacitors that looked odd.The tops were slightly pushed up.
I pulled them off and they both read too low.Only about 200 microFards.
Replaced them both with a couple of 1000 microFarad 16V capacitors from the junk drawer.

Now it works normal again.

AKAI LCT3201AD

Find and replace the following caps, Ec18, 19, 20 / 1000uf/16v,
Ec9, 10 / 1000uf/35v, Ec14, 25 / 470uf/35v should resolve the problem. You can get the caps at almost any electronics supply.
This is a common problem in this unit.
Good Luck!

AKAI 32" LCD HDTV WILL NOT TURN ON

The only solution at this point would be to get the power supply repair since new boards are not longer being manufactured. In about 95% of the time if the LCD doesn't power up or turns OFF by itself or need to be unplug for some time to make work again; those are the symptoms of a dying or defective power supply.
I service these power supplies, for more info write to [email protected]
