The 1450 Lincon and the 1450 digital basically does the same things only that the digital is more advance in that it is has mother board whith digital control. it is more acurate in its sttings eg acurate time and acurate temparature setting. It also can give diagnostic massages within the control.
As for your lincoln 1000 series please try and give me the detailed problems, im sure i can help cause i have over 8yrs experinces with lincoln pizza ovens
Yes. UNPLUG THE UNIT!!!! Inside the control box there is a motor control board. On the motor control board there are two sets of terminals to look for. Set one is labeled T1-T2. Make sure you have lots of light and a magnifying glass in case it is hard to read. Carefully pull the two wires and switch them. Set two are labled A+ and A-. switch these as well. You must switch both sets at the same time or the conveyor will run at full speed with no control. The wires might be hard to pull off so carefully wiggle them as you pull.
If it's 3 phase, just reverse 2 of the 3 motor feed wires. It doesn't matter which 2. If it's single phase, the wiring directions should be inside the motor where the wires go in.
