do you use a docking station to put your bag on or is it just a push on bag? also when you turn on the vac with an empty bag in it, does the outter bag blow up?

hi from uk your problem with the canister cover/door coming off whilst vaccing ? you have renewed bag ? ok but there is a filter/gauze also inside the canister where bag is fitted if you check inside you should see the filter at opposite end from where bag is secured it is usually fitted behind a slotted pull out plastic gate ? this filter/gauze is to allow air out of canister when vaccing and the filter traps any dust that may accumulate inside the canister case so the dust does not get blown out to atmosphere/rooms SO if this filter is clogged it will not allow vacced air to escape out of canister so result is build up of pressure within cylinder and eventually cover flips open ! so for now you can remove filter/gauze and wash then dry refit this will allow air to escape from canister but still retain dust particles from escaping as it is designed for however may i suggest you replace filter when convenient ? all above is on assuming that the latch on cover is working ok and not now damaged ? hope this helps best wishes

is there a filter in it if so clean the filter.try it without the bag in it.make sure the bag is in correctly.does the bag expand when you turn it on.you might have something caught up in the hose.take the hose off and blow througfh it.if you can't its clogged.also check the inlet where the dirt goes into the bag.the inlet might be clogged.please leave feedback

I think it's a spring that goes on the bag holder itself... You have to sort of pop the bag holder up from it's hinges and see a little tab stick on the bottom, in the middle, pointing sideways. There's a little groove that the spring is supposed to line up with on one side, and if it's not in that place you put the spring on backwards and have to turn it around the other way so the end lines up. Then snap the holder back in, and make sure the spring is pushing against the vacuum so when it's in place, the holder pushes the bag up towards the lid. The spring is to keep the bag pressed up to the air intake, and doesn't push down very much.
