Hi there, im assuming you have the ARF 2001 scanning/transceiver.
I found your print and C4 is 1000 and C5 is 1000.
Example: capacitor 101, it is measuerd at micro (uf) and picofrads (pf) therefor this is calculated at 0.001 (uf), 1000 (pf).
The answer to your question is capacitor code for C4 & C5 is 1000.
0.0001 (uf) or 1000 (pf).

The error code says tray is empty, but envelopes are in there...The options in size on the printer are COM-10, Monarch,DL, and C5, none of which work for the size of envelopes I am using. :(

Hello sir;You must remove the left side panel to access the service switch(s1) on PWB A you press this switch to chose the "C" then enter 0 press "#" ,then press "CLEAR" to terminated.

In page setup manage custom paper sizes. Enter the size of the envelope and save it. In print dialogue box you can find the C5 envelop. Paper size: defined by driver. This should work
