Main Motor failure to turn. Remove all image units then shake each side to side. What you want to do is spread the developer (Located inside the unit) along the entire length of the image unit. BET the image(s) unit were stored up & down, instead of flat, person just picked it up and installed it. All the developer was sitting at one end so the motor could not turn correctly. NEVER EVER STORE I/U UP/DOWN always flat!!! Open & close the front door to reset the code. If code comes back then you might have already burned out the main motor, or worse case the Control board went bad ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$). But first replace the image units (all one might be stuck or two or three or four) with a new one. Cheaper, then having a Technician come out to check the motor and control board.
