Main motor is lock up, to reset open the front door and then close while the machine is on
Main Motor failure to turn. Remove all the image units then shake each one side to side. What you want to do is spread the developer (Located inside the unit) along the entire length of the image units. BET a all the image unit was stored up & down, instead of flat, person just picked it up and installed it. All the developer was sitting at one end so the motor could not turn correctly. NEVER EVER STORE I/U UP/DOWN always flat!!! Open & close the front door to reset the code. If code comes back then you might have already burned out the motor, or worse case the Control board went bad. But first replace the image unit with a new one cheaper. Cheaper, then having a Technician come out to check the motor and control board.
