I have a pair of Auvio colored Bluetooth headphones and i am unable to use them via bluetooth and reseting doesn't work and i cant find the headphones on bluetooth.

The poorly written manual says to hold the Play/Power button for five seconds at which time you will get the blue light, Then hold the Play button again for three seconds to enter the bluetooth pairing mode at which time you will see the alternating red & blue flashing light. Ignore all of that and just hold the Play/Power button for however long it takes to start the red and blue flashing sequence. That means the headset has entered the bluetooth pairing mode. Then make sure whatever device you are trying to pair has its bluetooth pairing mode activated and you will eventually see Auvio BTCHP on your device's pairing window. Select it and you should then be paired.

I lost my ear piece for my Plantronics Voyager 500A so I am trying to pair a new earpiece. How do I do this?

1. On the base, press and hold both speak volume fine adjust buttons until the blue talk/on line indicator light and red power indicator light (on the front of unit) start to flash.
2. On the headset, press and hold the listen volume adjust + button and call control button until the status indicator flashes red and blue.
3. Pairing is complete when the talk/on line indicator on base illuminates solidly, and the status indicator light on headset flashes blue.

Important: Make sure your headset is not connected to any other Bluetooth device when attempting to pair.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

My connector is frozen on blinking red and blue. It will not connect with the head phones and go solid blue.

Have you tried doing the same with the headphones? If you hold the power button down on both the transmitter and heaphones (get them both flashing red and blue), they might pair.

My Freepulse headphone won't pair anymore. Both components charge, both both of them display the red LED light. I've tried the override button on the transmitter, and I've tried holding the power button...

You hold the button on the transmitter for about 50 seconds - light flashes red, solid red, goes off and then flashes blue and red. Then you can do the same on the headphones. Then wait and they should pair.

1.First make sure your phone is off. Do this by pressing and holding the Multifunction button (the one that flashes blue) for 4 seconds. For "OFF" it will flash blue and red along with a series of 2 tones. Then will stop flashing. For turning "ON" hold multifunction button for 4 seconds and it will flash BLUE 4 times and 1 tone indicating it is on. It will continue to flash every 3 while in stand-by mode and every 8 seconds while on a call. 2.Set your phone in "Discover mode" make sure you look at your manual on how this is done if don't know how. Usually found under Bluetooth settings. 3.Making sure your headset if off. Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light turns solid blue (hold for approximately 8 seconds). THE MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON WILL BE LITE ONLY HALF BLUE INDICATING PAIRING MODE. 4. You phone will find and ask to pair. Press confirm/OK and enter "0000" 5.If pairing successful, light will flash blue 10x rapidly before going to flash every 3 seconds. IF UNSUCCESSFUL LIGHT WILL REMAIN ON, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-ATTEMPT.

I have Logitech wireless headphones for my Ipod, and I can't get them to work. When I press the on button on both pieces, it goes solid red and not blue.

Visit the Logitech support website and find the instructions to reset and pair them. Since yours is for an Ipod I'm assuming you have the older white/grey model and not the freepulse headphones. The procedure is not the same. From memory the procedure it to reset both (look for the small hole to insert a paperclip). Once both are reset begin with the transmitter. Hold the power button down for about 30 seconds until the light flashes red and blue. When it does do the same for the button of the headphone until it flashes red and blue. When both are flashing red and blue they should pair together and the lights should turn solid blue..

The following procedure will re-establish the communication link between the Headphones and the Wireless adapter, this is called "pairing". Before you start please make sure both the headphones and the wireless adapter are fully charged and turned off.
Note: The headphones and the wireless adapter come pre-paired from the factory.
1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. See Figure 1.

Figure 1

2. Continue to hold the button down until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating pattern. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 2.

Figure 2
3. Once the headphones LED is flashing red/blue, press and hold the power button on the wireless adapter. See Figure 3.
receiver.jpg
Figure 3
4. Hold down the button until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating patter. The LED will blink blue, then turn off for a few seconds then blink red/blue. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 4.
receiver-flash.gif
Figure 4
5. Once both the headphones LED and the adapter LED is blinking red/blue, press the volume up button once on the headphones. See Figure 5.
headphone-volumeup.jpg
Figure 5
Once the headphones is paired with the adapter, the LED on the headphones will blink blue once every two seconds. See Figure 6.
headphone-flash2.gif
Figure 6
When the adapter is paired the LED will be solid blue. See Figure 7.
receiversolid.jpg
Figure 7
The adapter may continue to blink red/blue for a few seconds even after the headphones LED starting blinking blue. This is normal; the adapter may take a few additional seconds before the LED turn solid blue.
Once the headphones and the adapter are paired, it is not necessary to pair them again even if the batteries on both units are completely drained.
Additional Note: Repeated pairing will not improve the sound quality or give the headphones and the adapter a cleaner connection.
