Re: dont know how to put stuff on my ZEN V PLUS 4GB
If your zen comes with a video converter then slip into you r pc to install. for downloading music you would have to plug your zen into the pc go to windows media player or whatever you have and simply sync your music on to your zen.

1. Download this 2. Connect your Zen to your computer 3. Run the file that you downloaded in step 1 4. Follow on-screen instructions 5. It should now be working.
You don;t even need the RealPlayer, you can use YouTube Downloader (free) to download the video to your hard disk and then convert them to MP3. http://pcaudiohelp.com/convert-youtube-video-to-mp3-file
ok so if it isn't working right, then hit the reset button,
and to get the stuff onit just plug it into thecomputer, then open up the my computer screen, and access the mp3 go into music.
that is where you copy and paste music.
the stuff that comes with it, are just expamples and you can follow the the same instructions ubove to delete them...
and you do know you need headphones to be plugged in to listen, speaker or not...right??
umm...well try to reset it and then put music on it.
tip:"dont take ZEN off while syncronizing"
when you do it erases some memory or else it loses its memory
glad tro help.
let me know if i helped at all? [email protected]
You won't need to download or install any programs if you have Windows Media Player on your computer. You can use other programs but WMP is probably the easiest!
Plug in your MP3 player using the USB cord (should be in box)
Open WMP
(If your songs are already in Library skip this step). Click "File" (top left hand corner) then "Add to Library..." Click "OK" WMP will now find all music on your computer and add it to Library.
If the internet is connected WMP will attempt to find song info such as title, artist, album etc. Otherwise right click on song and click "Edit"
Click on "Sync" tab (top of player). A sidebar should appear with "Creative zen.. etc" written on the top.
Drag songs into sidebar.
Click "Start Sync"
The songs will now download onto your MP3 player.
To organise your files into folders etc. go to "My Computer" then "Creative Zen etc" then "Music" and create folders (right click "create folder") copy, paste, and drag your songs in folders as you like.
You can now unplug you MP3 player and turn it on!

try putting it in recovery mode, detach it from anything like a charger or pc make sure that it is off, press and hold the play button while powering on, when you see the logo release the play button, for this problem you must se;ect the reload os firmware and then follow instructions
usually its 0000 or depending how many numbers. all zeros. just do a clean up. insert pin in reset hole while holding down power button, then let go, select clean up, let it sit and do its business, then when done, reboot
