Combined photocopying I am using a Aficio 350 photocopier. I have a three page (all one sided) original. I want to copy page one as is, and then page 2 and 3 back to back to end up with a two page document (page 1 on one sheet, page two has page two on the front and page two on the back), sorted and stapled. How do I set the machince to do that? Ginny

if you have over approx. 60-100k copies on the machine it sounds like you may need regular maintaince on the machine.
to check how many copies you have press the user tools/counter button and then press counter.

Most probably you are using the automating document feeder for the photocopy or scanning. If you can lift up the document feeder , there should be the mirror where you can put the original document for manual photocopy or scan. Clean the edges of the mirror with a printer cleaning liquid. There may be some foreign particle stuck there or it is just dirty from long use. Hope this helps.

You put your paper in the copier and use the keys on the menu to reduce the size to 50%. Make 2 copies and put them side by side back into the copier and make one copy.

These dont really have much value anymore. We trade these in and trash them. Ricoh doesnt really support these anymore.
If it has low copies and runs and looks good you could probally get 500.00 from someone that needs one ....

open the photo copier put the original copy on top of the screen words facing down then cover the machine then press copy then ok after it will copy, after remove the copy from the photocopier then pull the tray and put that copy on that tray the words copied facing up then put the tray back then open the upper side where you put the original copy then change it to another side, cover the photocopier, press copy then ok it will copy on boss sides.

Are you sure about the model number? I believe you may mean MP2500? Regardless, sounds like an NVRam Problem. This unit is what controls the electronic counter, as well as most of system settings. This will require a service technician from a dealer with connections to RICOH.
