What possibly problem

Two possibilities of dead part : power suplly or main board. Check output voltage of power supply, it must be around 42 volt. Check the fuse in main board. Good luck.

check the power chord of your printer. You can it by the use of multi tester by testing end to end of the power chord. If the power chord is good check the fuse of the printer. If the fuse is good there possible that there is trouble on power supply of your printer which is need to open your printer and test all the electronics components inside.

Check that the Fuse F1 on the Power Supply Board has not blown.

Welcome to Fixya. I would like to know if you already try to change the power cable and see if the problem is the cable? What were looking now is that if this problem is cause by a bad power cable or a problem with the internal parts of the printer. It can be the fuse, Capacitor, Transistor or the mainboard itself. If Changing the power cable won't fix the issue you need to have the machine checked for possible repair and replacement of the part that is bad. Please also check if you still have warranty on the system so that the repair will be free.

Possible fault in the power supply unit which is a SMPS unit. It can be the fuse or the failure of the main rectification,capacitor or driver.

It shows that power supply of the printer has problem, check the fuse of power supply if the fuse are ok, then the power supply need to examine technically by an qualified technician.

If it doesn't power up completely and you are sure the power source is ok, then your unit most probably has a faulty power supply unit. it could though be a simple blown fuse. you will have the unit opened, inspected and if fuse ok, then replace the power supply unit.

Possible hardware failure. Connect it directly to a working power source. Try to turn it on again.
If your unit is over a year old now, log on to epson.com. Click on the drivers and support tab. Click on help me find a service center to the right of the page.

Either you have an inline fuse on the power supply that has failed.
If there is not a fuse, then the power supply itself has failed.

chek the power cord is it working fine otherwise show it service personnel may be the mother board of printer is faulty.
