Hi, You need to do some lubrication on moving parts such as bearings, motor (use a light oil).
Some disassemble is required. Good luck

just look where power cable connects to the treadmill there is one fuse 15 amp it could poped just press it back

also check the console cable if you disassembled it

To get the manual go to iconservice.com and select the manuals link. You will be asked the model name or number. You can download a PDF file of the manual for free. Use the assembly instructions only backwards and you will be able to disassemble the machine.

There are a lot of different treadmills and stairways that require specific solutions, but there are some general solutions.

You say you can't disassemble it, so try forearm forklifts, they can make a 2 person lift very manageable. Also if you have a large piece of cardboard (and once again, 2 strong people) the cardboard can be used to both provide a surface that will slide up the stairs and distribute the weight over a larger area, so you can actually put it on it's side without causing damage.

I've used this technique and it works with a little caution and muscle.
