Activation code when i enter the ID and SR number they say its incorrect

Generally this error message means you need to log on (enter a valid user ID and password) somewhere first. If you have just entered these and then immediately see a 401 error, it means that one or both of your user ID and password were invalid for whatever reason (entered incorrectly, user ID suspended etc.).

So double check your email id and password.

You need to reset password, open website and enter user Id and click on " forgot password" and get verification code then enter and click on verifies and get link for reset new password .

If you did not set the security code, it should be 12345.
When you enter 3 incorrect code, any codes correct or incorrect after that will be code error.
You need to turn your phone off then back on, wait at least 15 minutes , enter code.
You can only try 3 different codes at a time.

use the phone activation instead. select activate over the phone. call the number shown on the screen. you must provide the product id number (also shown on the screen). you will be given the confirmation id and you just have to enter those code then click next. it should be activated afterwards.

The PUK code can be provided to you by your provider. If you have entered an incorrect PUK code too many times it will fry your SIM and you will need to purchase a new one. Call your provider for the correct PUK.
