Download the PC Suit for clicking hear, after download the pc-suit install in your Pc or laptop,

Steps for GPRS settings on Samsung Galaxy Pop
*Go to settings
* Go to Wireless and networks
* Go to Mobile networks
* Go to Check Use packet data
* Go to Access point names
* For BSNL -APN "bsnlnet"
* Now go back to settings
* touch Internet and it will run.

Now steps to use Samsung Galaxy Pop as modem and running internet through PC
* connect the mobile to PC via USB cable
*Go to settings
* Go to Wireless and networks
* Go to Mobile networks
* Go to Check Use packet data
* Go toThethering and portable hotspot
* chech USB tethering
*Now in PC, go to Control Panel-> Network and Internet connections -> Network connections
* Here you will see samsung modem. (Kies software to be installed before it)
* Right click on that connection -> properties-> Check on "Show icon in notification Area when connected."
* Now you are connected to internet via mobile and you can see the connected icon.

you need to know service that your provider for sim service. sometimes, you need to change your sim card type to broadband and get the credit or top up for that broadband. In other case, sometimes they provide us with mobile internet. For this, you can browse internet using mobile only, but can browse using pc.

Samsung PC Suite - Internet through mobile modem -Error 619 - Data Cable

Rectifying the error

1. Samsung USB modem driver (Download from Samsung ' Local Link)

2. Connect Your Samsung with a working Internet connection ( via )USB Cable
3. Samsung PC Studio or any other Samsung mobile drivers are not installed

Procedure

1. Connect your Samsung Star 3G to your PC and install the modem drivers that you have downloaded.

2. Goto Control Panel > Phone and Modem Options


3. Select the Modems tab. You will see Samsung mobile modem listed.

4. Select it and click on Properties.

5. Goto the Advanced tab and put the following in the box for Extra Initialization Commands:

+cgdcont=1,"IP","your_apn_name"

( or tye AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP', "apnname")

eg:- +cgdcont=1, "IP", "bsnlnet"

6. Hit OK and exit.

The next step is to create a dialler for your Samsung Star 3G mobile modem.

Error 619 solved

1. To create a dialler, Goto Control Panel>Network Connections

2. Hit Create a New Connection and proceed as follows (each sub-point is for each screen of the wizard):

2.1 Network Connection Type: Connect to the Internet
2.2 How do you want to connect to the Internet: Set up my connection manually
2.3 Select Connect using a dial-up modem
2.4 Select Modem-Samsung Mobile Modem
2.5 Type an ISP name according to your preference (could be anything)
2.6 Type*99# as the phone number ( or type *99*1*1# or *99***1# )
2.7 Leave Username, Password and Confirm Password fields blank
2.8 Hit Finish

That would complete the wizard and make a dial-up connection for you. Dial it and you will be connected to the Internet via your Samsung Star 3G phone modem without using Samsung PC Studio

Have you send SMS to BSNL for setting up your phone?

First sms: you have to type "GPRSPRE" in the sms and send it to 53733.

Second SMS: Again you have to type mobile company name and model no. and send it to 58355
for example "SAMSUNG B3133" as text in the sms and send it to 58355.

Then you will receive the APN settings. Then you ma or may not be able to use internet in you mobile and in laptop throught it.

If you can use internet in the mobile (stand alone) then attach it to laptop/desktop. samsung device driver will be installed automatically. and you will see your mobile is detected as a modem in the phone & modem section in the control panel.

Then create a normal dialup connection in your network section. Then dial it. you will be able to connec to internet.

you need to download samsung kies software.. and install it. then automatically the required drivers will also be installed.. then follow the instructions as below..
NOTE: following instructions are for tata docomo internet. names may vary depending on your mobile network.

you just connect with bluetooth or data cable and find out the modem then u goto control panel ->phone and modem option then dialing rules tab ->new -> country/religion fill India and area codeand then ok. and then goto same dialog box in modem tab n select modem click ->properties and then advance tab n fill in extra initialization commands: AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET" and then ok.
goto control panel ->network connection ->create a new connection ->new connection wizard next ->choose connect to the internet ->next ->choose setup connection manually ->choose connect using to dial-up modem ->next ->isp name -tata ->next ->phone number- *99# ->next ->next ->finish
then you a dialing tata icon in the desktop and you r connect internet in your pc

>>make sure that your phone is set up with your pc, and recognized as a modem, i;e ; sgh-l700 samsung mobile modem. and you have set up your mobile phone for internet connection. it can be seen in the network folder.
now try these.
1. check your phone if it can connect to web through your internet phone browser,just select from the menu of your phone, internet, select home, if it can connect and it open to its home page, then you are really set up for your connection.
2. open your control panel, select phone and modem options, you will see your samsung mobile phone there., select properties, select advance and enter this '' extra initialization command AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","celloneportal"
3. select apply and ok, and close your control panel.
4. open your network folder, select your samsung mobile modem,right click it and select connect.
5. try to check.
