I need a software to download the recorded cassete to my system

Dear Sir /Madam

i need a software to download the recorded cassete to my system. I do not have the software CD please tell me how can i go further

There is no software that comes with the camera. It is up to whatever application you are using to edit the video to import it.

If you have the software to your ( OS ) Operating System re-install and boot from the CD. There should be an operation for repair or reinstall for now choose repair. Allow the computer to boot and then reinstall all your software including downloading the latest drivers for your NEC be sure the drivers are compatible with the ( OS ).
