Hi Judy
Your best bet would be calling GE and see if there is a part number for those bolts and where you can get those.. Installer usually throw those away after installation..
Here is their tel #1 800 626 2000

I recently moved and the movers removed two bolts from the back of the machine...should I replace those bolts

No do not replace the shipping bolts. I assume you have a front loading washer. The tub is secured by bolts during transport. Then they have to be removed so that the washer will operate properly without damaging the machine.

Many machine manuals are available online. For example, LG washers manuals are available at their site and under more information for models sold by Home Depot (http://www.homedepot.com/Appliances-Laundry-Clothing-Care-Washers-Front-Load-Washers/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xr5Zbv6h/h_d2/Navigation?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053&omni=c_Front%20Load%20Washers). The LG front loading washers use 4 bolts with retainers. If they are not removed, the machine will have severe vibration and noise. The vibration can damage the unit.

I hope this helps.

(if you have an top loading washer, shipping bolts are less common. If you provide the model of the washer, I'll see if it is one for which I know the shipping instructions.)

Mover agitator slips

The agitator bolt may be loose, or the dogs may need replaced. The following link explains how to access and repair:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r823955-replacing_agitator_dogs

You can view what agitator dogs look like at appliancepartspros.com. Just type in your model number and look for item 18 under the Agitator, Basket and Tub heading. A replacement kit only costs about $5. For a bit more, you can purchase the entire agitator repair kit for about $11 (item 22). The exploded view diagram can also assist you.

Your agitator has a cap that comes off the center post, followed by an air gap cap inside. The air gap cap just pulls out, exposing the agitator bolt. The upper portion of the agitator (called the "auger") will lift off once the bolt is removed.

NOTE: Make sure when you reassemble the agitator that you remember to reinsert the air gap cap and that the rubber o-ring gasket is intact. Without it, water will eventually work into the gearcase (transmission). Also make sure you do not overtighten the agitator bolt. Doing so may damage the agitator or restrict its movement. Tighten until snug.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Move

you can reuse the shhipping bolts but getting them back in is a royal pain in the but. if you have help you can have someone open the door to move the tub around so you can line up the shipping bolts to screw them back in. it help to take the top off the washer to help you see where your putting them.
