On the command line of your computer type in crib model ( your number) assemble I believe it to be manufactured by Sheffield. A web page will show you how to assemble it hope this helps

The model no., PO# and production date is located on a label on the bottom rail of the headboard. For anyone who needs this info.

I've had this crib for 2 years...and now we actually have 2 cribs...bc we had our second baby last year...I've taken apart and but these cribs back together several times...I dont even need a manuel. email me...if you need answers...I can maybe even just take a photo of the manuel if i can find it...if not I can gladly answer all your questions...ALSO there are at least 2 versions of this crib..because our first one isnt the 'same' as the second...the screws types and holes are in different locations.
