Changed the alternator, battery, and the engine control module. The battery light still comes on inside the vehicle and when tested the battery is only getting 11.58 of juice so its not charging. Retested it again today at local mechanic and he said the alternator was not charging. What else could it be???
First, you state "the battery is only getting 11.58". This implies the alternator IS charging albeit too low. I would connect the voltmeter to the main terminal on the alternator and take a reading before starting the motor, then again with the motor running at around 1500 RPM (fast idle). This will indicate whether the alternator is working or not.
Getting back to the ign light, does it remain at the same brilliance before starting the engine and after?

Check all your fuses if you had a system failure it could have blown a fuse. I am not sure on your vehicle where the fuse is in the car or under the hood it could also have a relay. You can check your alternator by checking the voltage at the back of the alternator where the big wire bolts on. You should have 14+ volts at the alternator.

Hi Gerald Grubbs, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Did you replace the PCM, the ECM, or both? Did the problems start after parts were replaced?
The mechanics changed the alternator, battery, and tension arm. The van still would not keep a charge on the battery so they suggested changing the PCM. I changed the PCM and ECM. Now the alternator is not getting power.
