the reader wont read certain data because its not formate 2 tht download reader. look 4 www.kenwoodkdc-5047u/updatereader.com try 2 find a kenwood site 2 c if u can update the driver in the unit

you have to bypass by paying with master card or visa card

check for block sites list, if u have anti virus installed it may be blocking it, u may have registry errors run registry cleaner reg in out to solve it

Do you have flash player enabled? Are you using somekind of a parental filter. Is your computer recent enough to handle possible flash animations that could be missing on said site? Also, whatever web browser you are using make sure you switch to either Firefox or Chrome.

sometimes certain drivers can only be supported on certain sites. it's a big possibility that the driver that your camera uses is not supported on their site. I would suggest buying a different webcam. that's my biggest guess. because I had this same problem as well.

If you did not have Vista with the new laptop then you will certainly need to go to HP's site which is very user friendly and download the Vista drivers for that webcam.
