Replace print heads.. For draft or letter work you can adjust with this print heads, but photo prints you need good healthy conditioned print heads.. as per you info you did every thing rest only thing to replace..
Thermal printer? Normally a thermal printer doesn't have cartridges.
Anyway, my opinion is you should not refill ink cartridges. I have a basement full of printers with dead print heads due to third party ink being used or third party cartridges being used in a wide assortment of printers including a HP Photosmart.
Don't run the risk to save a couple bucks, please.
if you are asking about hard reset it is basically applied to all the devices
please follow the following steps:-
1.turn on the printer
2.disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer
3.after 20-30 seconds reconnect the power cable back to the printer
this is the process of a hard reset
