I replaced the injector pump now My ZD28 kubota starts at wide open with black smoke coming out the exhaust and throttle does not work.what could be going on

If your Kubota ZD28 is starting at wide open throttle with black smoke coming out of the exhaust and the throttle is not working, it could indicate a problem with the fuel system or throttle linkage.
Here are a few potential causes to consider:
  1. Incorrect injector pump timing: If the injector pump was not installed correctly or the timing is off, it can cause the engine to start at full throttle with black smoke. You may need to re-time the pump to resolve this issue.
  2. Clogged fuel injectors: If the fuel injectors are clogged, they may be supplying too much fuel to the engine, causing it to run at full throttle with black smoke. You can have the injectors cleaned or replaced to fix this problem.
  3. Faulty throttle linkage: If the throttle linkage is not properly adjusted or is broken, it can prevent the throttle from working properly. Check the linkage to ensure it is properly connected and adjusted.
  4. Air intake system: Check the air intake system for any blockages or leaks. If the engine is not getting enough air, it can cause it to run at full throttle with black smoke.
It's important to address this issue promptly, as running the engine at full throttle can cause damage to the engine and other components. If you're not comfortable diagnosing and fixing the issue yourself, it's best to take your Kubota ZD28 to a qualified technician who can diagnose and fix t

How do I reattach the throttle linkage on an echo es-210 leaf blower

This is a year late, but you will need to disassemble the unit and loosen the two screws under the air filter that hold down the carburetor so it can be moved out a little to give access to the throttle. The longer straight part of the linkage fastens to the orange handle through the side that is notched. The other end connects to the throttle on the carburetor. I'm guessing it came loose while you were replacing the fuel line. You'll need a set of star drives, phillips and flat head screwdrivers and a socket wrench for the spark plug.

Delonghi Pinguino Pac C 100 room air conditioner

Very likely the outside (condenser) coil is coated over with lint or leaves from the air flow of the fan blade. Generally, the obstruction cannot be seen, because it is inside the cabinet. Try this to clear the air blockage: Go inside the house and unplug the unit. Go outside and use a garden hose, with the nozzle set to a hard stream and the water supply on full.
With the nozzle held against the coil, direct the water stream straight through. Move the nozzle slowly across the entire surface of the coil several times to blow the trash off the coil to the inside of the cabinet. The unit should then continue to cool as designed.

Why doesn't my 1997 Kawasaki Classic 1500 model start when cold?

Hi Nigel:
Cold starts require a rich fuel/air mixture. That's what the choke is supposed to do. Is there a way that you can check your choke linkage to make sure it's working? It may have a loose clamp or screw, and even though you think you're choking it, you're not. Another thing, some of these bikes don't like throttle with a cold start. My '08 Yamaha is Choke on, No throttle. Start, Idle until warm. Choke off, Go play!!

What is the tps sensor

TPS = Throttle Position Sensor. It attaches to side of throttlebody and moves via your throttle shaft, sending information back to computer for proper fuel delivery. If you look on opposite side of throttle body where your throttle cable/linkages are attached, you will find the TPS. Usually held on by 2 screws, and there will be an electrical connector attached.

I just bought an 07' chevy avalanche, and a throttle body spacer. i do not deal with car instalations to often. where do i locate what to start to remove for this instalation?

You'll start with the air intake housing. Then you'll see the throttle body pointing straight at you.Its in the middle of the motor on the top closest to the top fan shroud.Next all you really have to do is un hook the two sensors wires on the right side of the throttle body and undo the throttle linkage on the left side. The hoses underneath can be left on.Pull it forward and let it hang down out of the way and then remove the studs that held it on.No just repeat steps backwards only installing the spacer and gaskets and throttle body and the new bolt.Careful not to over tighten.Good luck and hope to have help you.Anymore questions i will gladly help..
