If it leaks while filling it is likely any of the several fittings or it may be the 3 port check valve attached to the incomming water line. These are routinely installed backward. The idea is that when hooked to an external water supply the water goes only to the faucet and when using the tank, water can only go from the tank to the faucet. You cannot be hooked to external water and use the tank.

Any cracks in the tank should be obvious.

Use teflon plumbers tape on all screw fittings or will leak for sure. Hose clamps are also a necessity.

Looking for water pipe line diagram on 2011 crossroads cruiser 30' fifth wheel trailer

Plastic water Pipes run along the inside floor close to the Outside walls of the Unit.

It is not likely a flat tire would puncture a Water line but, possible the Unit's Storage tank water line went higher than the Tank Vent when tipped on the Drivers side due to the flat tire or more likely a Pipe Joint became separated during a cold spell and became evident with vibration of the flat tire.

Water leak under trailer, looks like box with water lines in and out? what is it called and is it replaceable?

Hi Rodney:
What kind of trailer? Like maybe an RV camper?
If so, it will be your water storage tank.
The seats should lift up so that you can access the tank and determine what the problem is.
Hope this helps.

When connecting the water to the city water connection it filled my fresh water tank. Is that normal?

Probable cause would be a leaking check valve in the pump.

On the RV the city water and discharge from the fresh water pump are tied together. When on city water the discharge of the pump will have city water pressure on it. If the internal check valve on the pump is leaking, water will flow through the pump backwards and into your fresh water tank.

Need to know steps to winterize a 2001 Thor-Citation 23-R trailer. Or schematics of key points to address.

If you don't have a hot water heater winterizing bypass kit installed, get one before going any further.
Next, drain the water out of the hot water tank. Add POTABLE (not automotive) anti freeze to the water system Run run faucets one at a time both hot and cold, toilet and shower head until you see the anti freeze . Next, shut off the water pump and open the faucets. This saves any chance of cracked water lines. When you want to use the trailer again, close the bypass valves on the hot eater tank and run the pump long enough to remove the antifreeze solution from the system. Fill the water tank and run the faucets for a few minutes. Potable antifreeze won't make you sick so there's no worry if you don't get it all out of the system.

We bought an elongated smooth sided Jacuzzi toilet and it is leaking clean water from the back toward the wall

Could be a few issue. First check at the back where the tank sits on the bowl, reach underneath or look with a flashlight if you can to see between the tank and the bow, pay attention to the bolts in particular, if you see any water dripping down the bolts or between the tank and the bowl, the tank to bowl gasket ir bowl gasket bolts are leaking, and need to be replaced. Also look inside the bowl when its flushing, no water should be splashing up over the edge of the tank. Also inspect underneath the fill valve that gasket could also be leaking, or the supply line could be leaking.

Trying to fill fresh water tank. Overflows in a minute

there is probably a stoppage in the relief opening. should be next to the potable water fill. are you trying to fill from the pressure inlet or potable fill inlet? if from the pressure inlet, there is a bypass valve by the fresh water tank to divert watr into it.

I installed an extenal waterline to my new saeco royal professional coffee bar machine however instead of the water filling the tank it is running inside and leaking out of the side of the machine. the...

Hi
The water line to the back of the machine does not fill the tank. There is a pressure reducer/ isolation valve inside at the water connection that switches between using the tank or outside line. Is it leaking a lot of water or just leaking a little? I have seen them get a crack from shipping. You can still use the water tank until you can get the situation fixed. There is a selection in the menu that you choose for which way you want to go. Direct connection or water tank. If you put water in the tank it will tell you that your tank is empty. You have to go into the menu and change it to direct connection OFF, push the menu button and then exit.
