The system is not working and it doesnot get started as per the repair person the IC of the same has failed, request you to guide who can provide the IC for the said model and what will be the price for replacement of same

Make sure there is enough heat sink compond between the IC's and the heat sink itself. These IC's do usually run fairly warm to hot but that heat should be disapated onto the heat sink.

If the output pac (PA0016) as well as the transformers need to be replaced, you are going to have a hard time finding them for one and none of them are cheap. What is the problem with the piece that leads you to believe that you need all of these parts?

I'm in the process of trying to replace both convergence IC's in my JVC also. I was able to buy both IC's (they look like black semi-rectangular components with 20 pins sticking out...like a computer chip only much bigger) at a TV repair shop for about $15 each. They were clearly labed STK392-110 (but could be 150 or 180 if you wanted to upgrade).
