My tablet wont turn on or charge

Unplug the Battery, hold the Power button for 10 seconds to discharge any capacitors, Plug the battery back in, Charge the tablet until the battery reaches 100% (Factory Charger preferred), Turn it on. If this doesn't work it could be a bad battery, bad charger or bad USB connector.7 Jan 2014

My Kindle won't charge

If the battery isn't too far gone, here's how to revive it: Plug the device into the Kindle A/C adapter (not your computer) and let it charge for a few hours. Be sure the charging light is lit -- sometimes a drained Kindle will stop charging a few seconds after you plug it in. Unplug and replug until the light stays on steadily, then leave it alone. Most of the time you'll come back to a restored Kindle. If not, go on to step 2. If you still see the same Critical Battery screen after charging, unplug the USB cord, then hold the power slide to the right for at least 20 seconds. Release the power slide, then immediately press and hold the Home key for another 30 - 45 seconds. Once the Kindle's screen begins to flash, release the Home key. The eReader will boot to recovery mode. To continue, press and hold the R key until the screen flashes again. After the device is finished rebooting, you may see the Critical Battery screen once more. If so, plug in the USB cord and wait for the Kindle to return to the Home screen. - See more at: http://www.laptopmag.com/articles/kindle-critical-battery-error#sthash.Rtxwp4El.dpuf

How To Restore Your Kindle If It Experiences Critical Battery Error

f you can't get past step 3, the battery might be too far gone. Contact Kindle customer service via phone (866-321-8851) to walk through extra troubleshooting steps. If they can't revive it, Amazon will usually replace the eReader for free. - See more at: http://www.laptopmag.com/articles/kindle-critical-battery-error#sthash.Rtxwp4El.dpuf

What to do if my galaxy wont charge

At this level of charge their is not enough to start the boot process , if it doesn't charge at all their may be a fault with the Battery cell , however i had a similar issue, just leave it for a while, if their is still no indication that its charging or it wont turn on their could also be a problem with the Start Button

Why wont my nookhd wont charge

If it\'s only two months old it may have a defective charging cable or adapter. If it\'s a new purchase and you can return it. To check to see if it might be the adapter and not the charging cable you have a few cheap ways to test this out.

General charging recommendations.

If you get power leave it on charge at least 3+ hours. This is the minimum time required if the battery is totally drained. If the Nook turns itself on during this process manually turn it off. The battery charges faster and more deeply if it\'s truely powered down. Charging more than 3 hours won\'t hurt it. In fact some manufacturers claim leaving thier products on charge for an additional hour after the charging light glows green is good as it leaves a slightly deeper charge on the battery. Also I believe leaving it alone for that hour allows it to cool the battery. Most manufacturers also recommend tottaly draining the battery at least once a month and then fully recharging it 1+ hours after charging light is green. They claim this helps the battery maintain a healthy charge and extends the battery life. Simply disconnect any charging cables, turn the unit on and just let it set. Don\'t touch it peroid just leave it alone until it turns off because the battery is totally drained. Then just plug it in and leave it. Only if the unit automatically turns itself on do you manually turn it back off.

Well that\'s about in in keeping the battery life and charge at its maximum.

If your AC power adapter has gone south there are only three ways to get around this. 1. Purchase a generic AC to USB adapter. 2. Purchase a genetic DC to USB adapter. Most of these can be cheaply purchased at most drug stores ect.. these days. You can even get DC to USB ones at dollar stores such as Dollar Tree. Good way to maintain your battery if your AC one goes south or you lose house current.

One other way to charge your battery is to plug the USB cable into your computer. Some manufacturers don\'t recommend this as this more often than not doesn\'t fully tank up your battery.

You can also get replacement charging cables at the same place you got the adapters. Places such as Walgreens, or CVS often have these at around five dollars a pop.

My galaxy tab :- just bopught for 2 mths. Charge full at night and the next day evening battery totally 0%. I havent got any chance to play with it yet. i charge it full again and this time I thought...

Hello Sir !! I am afraid to tell that your battery might be got damaged by over charging.Electronic devices must be unplugged when the icon comes "Battery is Full" or like wise.Over charging damages the efficiency and produces extra heat that reduces the strength of charged battery.I suggest you to unplug the tab as soon as it got charged. It might increase your battery timings. Turning off on its own

Can you check the power cable is connected correctly and that the battery has sufficient power - laptops running on their batteries just switch off when the batteries are coming to the end of their useful life. E.g the batteries last bit of charge is not sufficient to warn the user that the laptop is shutting/needs to shut down.

Touch screen not working

Have you tried a new battery in the stylus? They require AAAA size batteries. The first time my pen went out I thought it was the computer not responding, but it turned out to be a dead stylus battery.
