Hi ... The 'NTLDR missing' means that windows NT Loder file is missing so OS can't boot.
1- Check that you haven't any usb key or something like connected to ur laptop.
2- Make an update to ur OS by using installation CD and choose update option to re install NTLDR file.
About BIOS password you must remember pass or who make it to solve this problem.
I hope this can help you ;)

Hi, without these boot cd´s it is not easy to recover from this state. These are necessary.
If you need to access your disk badly, you can use a linux live cd, boot it up store on a usb key.
Sorry to disapoint, but the recovery cd is necessary ( or a windows installation cd ).

Hi, This is more than likely a problem with your hard drive, one of 2 solutions is to reload windows again by pressing F2 on start up repeatedly until you get into the bios settings, Once in then set your laptop to boot from the dvd rom then press F10 to save and exit.
Place your windows DVD in the drive and restart your laptop then simply follow the on screen instructions to re-load windows.
If however this fails to complete then i would suspect your hard drive is faulty and would need to be replaced, these range from price depending on how large you want the drive.
If this does turn out to be faulty then replace with the new one and then follow the step above.
Hope this helps.

Hi it seems that your Operating System is corrupted, I can give you a link of step by step ways on how to recover it because for sure you got tons of important stuff saved in your computer but you would need you Operating System CD to do this step, but theres still a way for you to find out if "Repair your computer" is present in " Windows Advance Option, how? Just restart your computer and during its booting process , keep tapping on F8 until you will see the "Windows Advance Option" where you can find " Repair you computer" (Note: Sometimes its not there as your option, if that happens you will have no choice but to use your Operating Disc) then you would need this link as your guide... http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/fixing-bootmgr-is-missing-error-while-trying-to-boot-windows-vista/ I hope this will help. SOURCE: NTLDR missing problem
NTLDR is one of the essential files for booting up your system. If this file is corrupt or missing the computer wont simply boot. The solution here is to Get the CD for your operating system. For example Windows XP or Windows 7 etc. If you are using Windows XP, put the CD in the CD ROM and press Del or F2 to get into the BIOS of the computer. Go to the Boot Order or Boot Sequence and select the CD drive to be the first boot device and press F10 to save and exit. This will allow the XP CD to boot. On the first page after loading all the files, press enter, then you will have to press F8 to accept the Microsoft license, then you can select "R" to repair the system (This will only overwrite the contents in the C:\Windows and this will fix up your start up problem. If you are using Windows 7, boot from the CD like in XP then choose to repair your system.
