Your trusted number was probably linked to your first SIM card. Do you still have that SIM card? If so, swap it back in, then disable the software, and swap back to your new SIM. You should then be able to reactivate the software. Be sure to change your trusted number to one not linked to your phone.
The easiest way to get rid of this inferior software is to simply uninstall it off your phone. I too subcribed to this app.and it was a nightmare! Despite putting in the correct security code, the software wouldn't recognise it and kept saying wrong code,when in fact,it was correct! I strongly advise not to install this application!! Google for yourself and see the hundreds of other people that are having the same problems. Good luck to all.
First connect your router to computer with ethernet cable. Then you can access it with following link http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or blank or "password" then go to wi fi security check your WEP code it is your security key to connect wi fi network.
