dear

3beeps almost means cpu failure

you can try to reflashing bios if not you must replace cpu itself

Dell Inspirion 660 is beeping when trying to boot up

If you remove the memory chips and the beeps are the same. you have bad memory(you can try 1 chip at a time)if the beeps are now different you might review the following codes list
