Printer in state of error

I am afraid this is a fairly fatal error. It can sometimes be recovered in one of two ways: 1) Unplug the unit for at least 24hrs and once unplugged press all the buttons at the same time for a couple of seconds. Leave the unit alone. After 24 hrs or so plug it in and try again. Chances are it will be the same 2) Flash the firmware with either the same or updated version. This would require a copy of the service utility and latest firmware to upload. VERY hard to get hold of either. A final chance may be to get a second printer with say a broken head and pinch the main board from that to repair your own.

You will need to update your Microsoft Publisher program and you should just update the entire MS Office Suite to be compatiable with windows vista.
