No Magenta Color Printing, Xerox Docucolor 1632

Our Xerox Docucolor isn't printin any Magentas. We recently replaced the drum cartridge on the Magenat Toner.Thanks

Are the properties set correctly in the print driver.
You can turn certain colors up or down.
Does is copy magenta?
If so I would suspect the driver or the settings within the driver.
If it does not copy magenta, then I suspect a developer housing issue.
Printing only then suspect a driver issue.

Xerox 7655 the colour magenta is printing light

First, use the charge corotron cleaner a couple of times. If that doesn't improve it, then try swapping the magenta drum with the drum of another color and printing and see what happens. If the magenta is better, but the other color worse, you need to replace the drum. If it is not, you may need to change the charge corotron.

Xerox docucolor 1632 fault code: 004-341 the printer doesn't print at all

Try reseating the waste toner then all 4 drums, see if the chips are mating.
Most likely either the machine software is corrupted and needs to be reloaded, or the MCU board has failed, could also be a bad laser, called the ROS.

Have you gone to the machine status and checked the drum, fuser and other values? More than likely one of the drum lives, fuser, IBT cleaner or some other component has exceeded it's life and needs replaced and the memory reset.

Hello sir; The problem in the cartridge which you just replace, get the receipt with cartridge go back to the store wherever you bought make a exchange.
