My lg shine wont turn back on...

I've had it since december, and now it just wont turn on. It happened last night, but i reset it and it finally tunred back on. It shut off with three bars of battery and everything. This morning i think it was dead, and now it still wont charge or turn on, i did everything that i did last night, and still nothing. The first lg shine i got did the same thing, the day i get it it wouldnt charge, and i had to send it back and get a new one...... I was taking a video on my phone, when the screen froze and nothing was working. I tried to turn it off and it didn't work either. So i proceeded to take the battery out and see if it would work. I waited for about a minute before putting the battery back in. Then I tried to turn my phone on by pressing the "hang up" button and the phone didn't turn on. I tried taking the sim card out and putting it back in, but the phone just wouldn't turn on,I even charged it for the whole night, and nothing happend. My phone has been not turning out for 2 days.
