okay try to send it to the tmobile store i have a sidekick 08 and try restarting the phone take out the battery

if you are using the same carrier you can, just change the sim card to the sidekick and you should be fine.

batteries are cheap on ebay, , dont have a visa? just buy a ebay gift card from target..ect and then usee that too payy thee item off!

the video says only at&t in the U.S. but... i've seen it work for fones in europe.
