mine glitched like this, if you're patient enough let it sit for a bit, press the unlock and continuously press the A (star*) key over and over watch the screen untill the unlock screen goes away, once this receeds stop pressing the * and press start, or where start would be, it might still say unlock, now the start menu should come up, i would backup contacts (save PIM.VOL file onto storage card) and master reset the phone by hold the center key and the power, then follow onscreen instructions

i'm not sure exactly how BB's work but there might be some settings that wont allow file sending to, like an antivirus kind of, it wont let files through, try going through the BB's bluetooth settings and seeing whats up

My phone does the same **** from time to time, all you have to do is take out the battery and put it back in and turn your phone on and BLAM good as new and it sould work just fine. =]

Maybe your phone needs to be taken to the cell phone provider for a software update. This can be done in a few minutes.
