I lost the code that gose to simcity 4 - Electronic Arts Sim City 4: Deluxe Edition for Windows

Confirmation code(s) are NOT used for SimCity 4. That method is only found on programs requiring online activation.

SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition uses the 20-character REGISTRATION code found on the back of the CD case. If you've lost the case, you're out of luck.

The good news is - Being a very old game, it'll be very cheap to buy If you can find it online.

You need to contact EA directly concerning the issue. If you have the files installed on another system, you can download a program called Belarc Advisor. Run this program to view all of your computer information which will also give you the license key that you used when you installed the program.

EA Tech Support will not give out another key easily. Typically, you will be required to purchase a new license key.

Each PC game will have its own unique product code. If you have lost it you could try to contact the tech support for the game.
(Or you could try to find a keygen / used key online. Although this is illegal)

Unfortunately if you lost the code you will not be able to get another unless you buy the game again. However if you registered the game with your contact info with the manufacture then you may be able to contact them and get the key from them but not all the game manufactures store the game keys.

It is simple... You will have to go in the Program Files folder, and find the SimCity 4 folder, and then look for the file that you start the game with. This can easily be found by right clicking on the icon that the game created in your start menu or desktop. Click properties and then click Find Target. Now, when you have the file, right click on the file and click properties. Then click on the Compatability tab and click Run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose what you want. Click apply and ok. Then try it...
