Those cartridges haven't got a counter inside. Counter is in the printers firmware.

It remember last 2 cartridges serial and ink level. So:

Barrow 2 balck and 2 tricolour cartridges.
First insert your both borrowed cartridgesand then your refilled cartridges

it gona show full.

If you refill your cartridges then just ignore the ink level indicator. You cannot reset the ink level indicator for the HP 60 cartridge. The ink level indicator is only an estimate of the ink left in the cartridge to give you an idea when the ink is almost out. See your user manual.

Hi, I have an HP F4280 printer and the orange light of the color ink level is always lighting so i can't print anything (I am sure that my color cartridge is not already empty). What can I do? Oh yeah,...

There is only enough ink in the HP 60 cartridge to print approximately 200 pages. Also, the ink stored in the cartridge can dry quickly even it it's not used so you may be out of ink or the ink in the cartridge has dried up. Refill your cartridge with a kit or replace it with a new one. The ink level indicator is only an estimate any way. See pg 72 of the user manual which you can obtain here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01374711.pdf

I have a new HP Deskjet F4280 bought 3 weeks ago & the blank ink cartridge was empty & I refilled it in a store & placed it back but printer recognise that the cartridge is empty & it does not have a chip.

You cannot reset the ink level for the HP 60 ink cartridge. Simply ignore the ink level indicator if you refill your cartridges. It is only an estimate of the ink level anyway. See pg 72 of the user manual.
