Cannot login I currently have an account with NETFLIX but cannot login under my username or password

4. Type your "Current Password", "New Password", then "Confirm New Password".

the base account allows 2 simulations connections
eg : streaming 2 TVs same time.
to long in use your user name and PW
that is all there is to that.
no sign in to your account, unless, you like giving them free money?
no rooku does not
netflix, memorizes your device names .
so it can stream based on what it wants and needs
that means you need to sign in one time,
on each new device. used.
TV , rooku , DVD smart player. etc.
all are devices and very different.

so does vudu and hulu, i have all 3.

Open Netflix...

On the top right you see 2 options.. click login

Then you will be taken to the next screen.

Enter your username and password

That should be it.

just go to www.netflix.com or launch the netflix app. create new account (username and password) get them your credit card number. then login netflix requires high speed internet

Sounds like the NetFlix app updated and lost your previous login info. If your NetFlix account is still active, simple put the e-mail address and password into the correct fields. Should work after that, but if you have forgotten the login info or need to activate NetFlix you will need to contact NetFlix or use the online reset form. https://signup.netflix.com/LoginHelp
