Is it a new or refurbished fuser? Where exactly does it jam. By trays, registration or before fuser? Problem can be with various sections. Need to know more.

Hello,
This question is directed at Steve from the post above. I need to order the sensor you mentioned. Is that sensor located exclusively on the power supply (Part number RM1-1505-000CN)? Will I need to order the whole power supply, or can I order the sensor separately? It does not show it very clearly in the service and maintenance manual. Thanks for the help!

SOURCE: Error 49 4CO2 Service Error on a HP Laser Jet
This is related to the JetDirect Card and the specific print job attempting to print. If JetDirect is 615 or lower slide out JetDirect card and power cycle printer once it comes up o.k power down and
slide JetDirect card back in once the printer is back up look on the display for processing job which may take 5 minutes but it is the offending job trying to print again as it is still in the print que. If you are quick enough you can hit cancel on the display panel to cancel the corrupt printjob and if you are successful then the other print jobs stacked behind it should start printing away with no problem. Hp blames the 49 error on a plethora of problems though mine are usually related to documents using different versions of Adobe and also PowerPoint printjobs that are excessively large as the print spooler cannot handle them but it is always a corrupt print job and once that is cleared no problem. Occasionaly replacing the JetDirect card is required to solve the issue. With the 620 Jetdirect card no need to remove it just unplug the network cable same procedure as above.

Print Cartridge Motor Error.
Try removing then re-installing the cartridge. If that does not work then you will need to try a different toner cartridge as the toner cartridge is "locked up". These are the most common solutions. If none of these work then you have a cartridge drive problem and will need to contact a service center.
